BDB LLC is committed to protecting the rights, interests and real and intellectual property of its clients. In order to do so, BDB LLC insists that all agreements and understandings entered into between BDB LLC and its clients be appropriately recorded. The draft 'Scientist' agreement available below provides tailored protection for its client's interests, and provides clear expectations for BDB LLC's performance. BDB LLC is willing to consider any reasonable modification to this agreement, or any similar or related contracts.

Independent Contracting / Scientist Agreement

An editable contract to engage BDB LLC as an Independent Contractor, with tailored intellectual property protections and a non-disclosure agreement. Contract terms are negotiable.
